Giving an acceleration to our startup project

Yesterday Marie and I were at the selection-day of the Nest’Up startup acceleration program. More than 50 startups/projects applied to the program and we were 15 to be invited for the final selection by the coaches.

NEST’up is a startup acceleration program, member of the Global Accelerator Network, created by Creative Wallonia Engine on the same model as TechStars’ American accelerators (like Y-Combinator or TechStars).
Since a couple of month I’m working with Marie on the project of a smartphone application providing a virtual wardrobe with clothes management from A to Z. We recently chose the name of this future app which will be called « VestiR.me » (to pronounce « vestiaire.me »).
The great news is that we got selected in the Nest’Up acceleration program for 3 month of full-time coaching starting on monday 8th March. We are very excited and looking forward for this project since we believe this will bring a great added value to our project :

  • Defining clear milestones
  • Having fixed deadlines
  • Having external feedback on our ideas
  • Being in a creative environment with other entrepreneurs, offering cross-pollinisation
  • Being exposed to a network of inspiring people

You’ll certainly soon hear about our project very soon. In the meantime you can register on our landing page for staying in touch. Meet us there : http://VestiR.me
